The terms that apply when you use our website and our financial guidance services.
askgulf.com is operated by ASK Financial Services LLC-FZ (“ASK”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai (trade licence number 2653754.01, issued by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai), located at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These terms apply when you use our website and when you use our services. By using either, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our Privacy Policy. If you use our client portal, our Portal Terms of Use also apply.
If you become a client, you will sign a client agreement with ASK. The client agreement governs the services we provide to you. If it conflicts with these terms, the client agreement prevails.
ASK is a financial guidance and intermediary business. We help individuals and companies understand their financing options, prepare applications and liaise with banks and finance providers on their behalf.
Our services cover property loans and mortgages, working capital finance, personal loans and loan restructuring, for individual and corporate clients. Depending on your needs, they may include:

We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, that finance will be offered on particular terms, at a particular rate or within a particular time, or that a provider will not change or withdraw an offer. Information we give about products, rates, eligibility or timescales is indicative and depends on each provider’s own policies and assessment.
ASK charges a service fee for its work. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the finance amount. The fee rate, when each part of the fee becomes payable, and the circumstances (if any) in which any part of it is refundable are set out in the written client agreement you sign with ASK.
ASK’s fees become payable only as set out in a signed client agreement. They are separate from any fees, charges, interest, insurance, valuation, registration or other costs set by a bank, finance provider or other third party, which are payable under that party’s own terms.
Inaccurate or incomplete information can lead a provider to decline or withdraw an offer. We may stop working on an application if we have reason to believe that information or documents provided to us are false or misleading.
Banks and finance providers are independent of ASK. Any finance agreement is made directly between you (or your company) and the provider, under the provider’s own terms, which you should read carefully before you accept them. ASK is not responsible for a provider’s decisions, products, terms, charges, delays or conduct, or for the performance of any finance agreement.
The content on askgulf.com is general information about financing in the UAE. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice for your circumstances, and you should not rely on it alone when making decisions.
The mortgage calculator gives estimates only. It uses the figures you enter, does not include fees, insurance or other costs, and is not an offer of finance. Actual repayments depend on the provider’s offer.
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is always complete, current or uninterrupted, and we may change or suspend it at any time.
You must not misuse our website or client portal. In particular, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, data or system; introduce malicious code; interfere with the website’s operation or security; collect information about other users; or use the website in a way that breaks the law.
The content, design, text, graphics and branding of askgulf.com belong to ASK or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Our website links to services operated by others, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of our website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version applies to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version in force when you use our website applies.
